Monday, August 21

Wednesday, August 23

3 – 6 pm – 4-H Check-in (Indoor & Animals )

6 pm – Big Rock Barrel Race

6:30 pm – 4-H Indoor Project Judging and Interviews

Thursday, August 24

10 am – 4-H Hog Show

1 pm – 4-H Cattle Show 

5 pm – 4-H Lamb Show

6 pm – Big Deal In-County Rodeo – FREE

5:30-6:30 pm –Arts, Crafts, Needlework entries received – Fair Headquarters

 

Friday, August  25 (Inflatables 2- 6 pm)

9:30 am –Kids’ Horse Show– Arena

10 am – 2 pm –Arts, Crafts, Needlework entries received – Fair Headquarters

11 am – Kids’ Parade, Main Street – Prizes for All

12 pm – Kids’ Rodeo – Arena

1- 4:30 pm – Connie Smith Art Exhibit, Boiler Building

4 pm – Fair Headquarters closed for judging

4 – 6pm – Tanner Laws live at Gazebo

4 pm – Free Flower Design Workshop for kids’ – Adults are welcome!

4 – 6 pm – Rabbits, Poultry & Livestock accepted

5:30 pm – 4-H Rabbit, Chicken & Cat Shows

6 pm – Jeff. County NRA Rodeo – $10 Adults, $5 Kids 7-11,6 & under FREE! 

7:30 pm – Rabbit & Poultry  judged in pens
 

Saturday, August —Exhibits open from 11-4.

Food, displays, vendors, carousel, inflatable 12-6 pm  Clowns/Magic show in the park through the day.

7:30-9:30 am – Foods, Garden entries received -Red Barn

7:30 – 9:30 am – Floral entries received – Volunteer Hall 

10 am – StoryWalk by Boulder Community Library 

10:30 am – Red Barn & Vol. Hall closed for judging

11 am –  Clown/Magic Show

11 am– Livestock judging, exhibitors must be present.

11 am – Line up for parade starts, Main Street

12 pm- Rodeo Parade – Main Street

 

Saturday, August 

Food, displays, vendors, carousel, inflatable games.

12:45-2:45 pm– Music—Rich Matoon & Mary Papoulis guitar/fiddle/vocals  live at Fair Stage

1- 6 pm – Connie Smith Art Exhibit, Boiler Building

2:30 – 3 pm – Tiernan Irish Dancers at Fair Stage

2- 3 pm – 4-H livestock buyers pick up bid numbers

3 pm – 4-H Livestock Sale

3:30 pm –  Baked goods auction, fair benefit – Red Barn 

4 – 5:30 pm – Nightcrawlers live at Fair Stage 

3-6 pm – Beef BBQ by JHS Music Dept., music by Rich Matoon & Mary Papoulis  – White Barn

5:30 – 6 pm – Clown/Magic Show

6 pm – Jeff. County NRA Rodeo – $10 Adults, $5 Kids 7-11,6 & under FREE!

8 pm–Real Barn Dance –Longhorn Band, $2-White Barn

Sunday, August —Exhibits open from 10-2.

Food, displays, vendors, carousel, inflatable 12:30 – 3:30 pm, FREE kids’ activities.

10 am – Rodeo slack – Arena

10:15 – 10:45 am – Stick Horse Rodeo entries received

10:30 – 11 am – Clown/Fire eater – live Fair Stage 

10 – 12:30 pm – Connie Smith Art Exhibit , Boiler Building 

11 am – Kids’ Stick Horse Rodeo – Playground

 Noon –Kids’ Hunt in the Hay

12:30 pm —Toni Person Puppets – Red Barn

12:30 – 2 pm – Depot Hill – live at Fair Stage

2- 3 pm – Clown/Magic Show – Fair Stage

2 pm – 4-H Animal checkout

2 – 3 pm – Exhibits released
